The K&L Gates DC Diversity Committee, The Hispanic Bar Association of the District of Columbia (HBA-DC), The Women’s Bar Association of the District of Columbia, The Bar Association of the District of Columbia, and the DC Affairs Community of the DC Bar hosted a panel discussion featuring law, policy, and best practices related to eliminating the gender pay gap, as well as other pay gaps, with a specific focus on intersectionality. The speakers also discuss these issues in the context of the legal profession.
