During this webinar, we discuss the highly anticipated guidance just released by the Safer Federal Workplace Task Force relating specifically to federal contractors and subcontractors (and establishing a vaccine mandate with no opt-out except for legally required disability and religious accommodations). In addition to discussing the substance of the guidance, we will cover the definition of contractor/subcontractor, the role of the FAR Council, the interaction between the contractor mandate and the OSHA ETS, and how the contractor mandate may be enforced.

There are ultimately tens of thousands of federal contractors and subcontractors in the United States, ranging size from small businesses to many of the largest corporations in the world. This mandate is likely to have a widespread and significant impact and needs to be a subject of careful focus.
