This session looked at what the key proposed Privacy Act reforms around marketing and consents are (not addressed in Tranche 1), when we might expect to see these reforms introduced, and how your organisation can best plan to obtain and ensure ongoing privacy consents for marketing activities.
As well as looked at the potential impacts of future reforms on tracking abilities within the market when retargeting consumers online.
