In the March 2022 HR Perspective session, partner Dominic Fleeton and special counsel Alanna Fitzpatrick discuss how the past two years have seen new and unique pressures being placed on workers and employers alike, seeing governments and regulators tackling mental health as a safety issue. Prompting the NSW Government to introduce a new code of practice - "Managing Psychosocial Hazards at Work" and in early March 2022 the Victorian Government releasing draft OHS Regulations relating to psychological health.

    The session covers:

    • what employers can expect; and
    • what they should be doing to proactively prepare for these new obligations.
Note: Western Australian practitioners - To add this session to your Legal Practice Board CPD Management System (CPDMS) record, please email your Certificate of Attendance and Practitioner ID to cle@klgates.com.
