In honor of World Autism Month in April, K&L Gates hosted an in-depth discussion on neurodiversity and accessibility with Haley Moss, an attorney, author, frequent speaker, and a recognized leader in neurodiversity, and Craig E. Leen, DC partner in our Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice and former director of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.

The areas addressed included recent trends regarding neurodiversity in the workplace and approaches to providing support and accommodations. We also reviewed the importance of accessibility and including disability as a focus so that individuals with disabilities feel included in the workplace.
