In the first of our multi-part 2023-2024 webinar series focused on enforcement and white collar issues for government contractors, practitioners from across the K&L Gates platform discuss the many ways that government contractor clients may come into contact with a government investigation, and best practices to effectively handle such inquiries. We will walk through several scenarios that any company, particularly those that contract with the US government, may encounter at some point, whether it is an informal phone call, an Office of Inspector General (OIG) subpoena, or execution of a search warrant, among others.

Future sessions in this series will cover a range of other enforcement and white collar topics relevant to those doing business with the US government, including recent developments in the False Claims Act and procurement policy, considerations for conducting an effective internal investigation, and obligations and incentives for self-reporting potential misconduct and cooperation with government investigations.
