Clare Monger is Associate Director of Human Resources at K&L Gates and has 18 years' experience in the field of people, organisational culture and strategy. She develops and implements programs to enhance culture and develop leadership capability. She has a particular interest in the way an organisation can leverage diversity to influence business outcomes, improve internal culture and its relationship to the community. Clare is trained in brain based coaching with the Neuroleadership Institute and works with existing and aspiring leaders to encourage them to become productive and effective leaders. Clare was awarded HR Professional of Year at the Women in Law Awards in 2017, being recognised for creating initiatives to advance women in the law.
